Abstract:

Policy processes are complex and include various stages that do not necessarily have to be followed in sequence.  This chapter focuses on policy formulation processes and guide administrators and other readers through policy analysis stages that include basic techniques and research methodologies that can be applied to study policy formulation and implementation. Local resources provide data relevant for policy research within  administrators work environment.
